Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian holidays). Pre-order items ship on or shortly after the product's official release date.

Free Shipping
Orders totalling $299 or more (before tax) qualify for free Standard shipping within Canada. This is automatically applied at checkout.
Tracking
All orders ship with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been picked up by the carrier. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after your package is collected.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@tophobbygame.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times for US orders are typically 7–14 business days.
